Natural8 Open Mini Main Event

Kenta Urashima shoved out fo the small blind and Yuta Segawa with less behind called all in for his tournament life. Before they flipped over their cards, Urashima laughed knowing he was caught trying to steal. 

Segawa was ahead throughout to secure a double up. 

🔥🔥 Ting Pang Tsai sent another player to the rail. Next to get the hammer was Yu Jen Chen who was ahead at the start then got rivered by Tsai's live cards. 

Ji Hwan Kim opened 240,000 on the small blind and Ting Pang Tsai 🔥 defended on the big blind. 

Ting Pang Tsai opened for 160,000 then called Kenta Urashima's 380,000 three-bet. At the flop 5♣3♦4♣ both players checked it to the turn 3♥ where Tsai led for 500,000. Urashima called to head to the river K♣ .

Yuta Segawa will not be. the next to go, having won two showdowns to boost his stack just out of the danger zone. The first win was through Ting Pang Tsai. 

The flop 3♠7♣5♠ were bricks for Segawa, and still no change on the turn 8♣ until the river A♦ stole the show, denying Urashima the bust. Segawa doubled up again.

Another fast elimination with Po Cheng Lai next to head to the rail. Must have been that banana! He was all in preflop and flipping against Kenta Urashima.

Second hand of the final table and Marti Miras Nadal was all in and  Ting Pang Tsai put him on the ropes with a covering stack. When they revealed, both had an ace, Nadal was out-kicked. 

No help came for Nadal to follow his buddy out in 8th place. 

Martin Von Knobloch shoved on the first hand of the final table and next door neighbor Kwong Kin-Wai isolated. 

When the board ran 3♣5♠4♥9♦2♦ Knobloch briefly celebrated until Kwong crushed his joy saying, 

Down to the final table bubble  Ming Che Yang shoved with J♥9♥ and was behind against caller Ting Pang Tsai with K♣8♣ and the covering stack. 

Sheng Min Chou was all and up against Kwong Kin-Wai who turned over aces and had the covering stack. 

Seeing how far behind he was, Chou called out for a diamond as the board ran 9♦6♦2♠4♦. Eagerly awaiting the river, Kwong joined in and called out 'no diamond". The river heard his call with the 6♥ landing to rail Chou in 11th place.

Kyumin Park enjoyed a rise in chips only to lose it all immediately after. After Ting Pang Tsai raised to 50,000, Park jammed for 78,000, the Kwong Kin-Wai reraised to 125,000. This was enough for Tsai to get out of the way for heads up. 

The flop Q♠7♥6♠ improved Park and seemed to be headed for a double up until the runner runner 4♠ 8♠ gave Tsai a flush to take down the pot and send Park to the rail.

Action folded around to the button Hong Bin Lai, he saw an ace and shoved. Small blind Yuta Segawa also liked his hand and shoved. 

With the board running 9♥6♦9♦5♣2♠ , Lai plunged to three big blinds after paying a costly double up to Segawa. 

Ting Pang Tsai slid out a bet of 125,000 onto a pot of 180,000 on a board showing 10♦7♣9♠A♠A♣ . Lone challenger  Kyumin Park pulled out the chips and after a minute or so, he called then quickly mucked when Tsai flipped open A♥5♦ trips. Tsai has now taken command of the counts.

Kim Jihwan opened from under the gun and after everyone folded to the big blind Hung Wai Sze, he shoved. Kim snap-called for his tournament life. 

The flop 9♠8♦7♣ was no help to Kim, and neither was the turn 3♦ then the river dropped the K♣ sending Kim jumping out of his seat for a very catch to catapult to the top of the counts.

Heavy preflop action opened with a raise from  Kyumin Park, then Jing Ting Chao shoved 325,000, Ting Pang Tsai followed all in with a massive stack, Jin Woo Choi with just 127,000 risked, and initial raiser Park tanked saying he had ace-king. After several seconds, he joined the party for a four-way showdown. 

With a commanding quads for Choi, he banked a rare quadruple. 

Tienhao Yang went all in preflop and nearly got through the blinds until Kwong Kin-Wai woke up with hooks and defended on the small blind. 

Only Jing Chen Peng and Hong Bin Lai were left by the time the board reached the river 6♠K♠5♣6♥10♣ with just over 100,000 in the pot. Peng bet 50,000 into and Lai called. 

Ming-Lun Hsieh was the first casualty of the final day with his second shove finding a caller in the chip leader Kenta Urashima.

Kwong Kin-Wai three-bet to 55,000 and went hunting down the streets with Jing Ting Chao. Kwong continued to fire at the flop K♣7♥2♣ for 40,000 then double barreled 120,000 on the turn 3♠, Chao called both times. 

Hai Li Yang three-bet and Chun Chen defended his initial raise to put Yang at risk.

Both players connected on the flop then with runner runner rags, Yang's top pair held to double through. 

The first Main Event of Players Series Championship IV may be in the books, but another big field is already charging toward the finish line. The Natural8 Open Mini Main Event which drew 402 entries across six starting flights. The field is now down to just 23 survivors. Today, Tuesday, August 25, they return for one final push to the title.
