Lin Chienyu Rides Out the Swings to Win Women’s Main Event
For a stretch of the Women’s Main Event, picking a winner was nearly impossible. Every time one player appeared ready to take control, another came charging back. After 97 final table hands, Bounty Huntress champion Lin Chienyu finally nailed it down, earning the NT$ 100,020 top prize and her second title of the series.
The NT$ 10,000 buy in event drew 30 entries, generating a NT$ 256,320 prize pool with five players paid. Once the bubble burst, the final five turned into a revolving door at the top. Lorelyn Estacion made an early charge, Dahye Song somehow resurrected her run after falling below one big blind, and Ahhyun Kim repeatedly escaped danger to stay in the hunt.

Dahye Song Lin Chienyu had her own close calls. She was never completely out of danger, finding luck at the right time. By three-handed, there was still no clear favorite.
Song's seemingly unstoppable comeback finally ran out in third place, leaving Kim and Lin at the final dash. Kim started heads up in front, and after all of the dramatic swings that came before, the final hurdle was quick. In just six hands, Lin erased the deficit, moved ahead, and hoisted the trophy.
