Chevan Tin Comes From Behind to Win Superstar Challenge
Tsz Wang Chevan Tin turned the tables at heads up to clinch the Superstar Challenge for his first-ever Players Series title. The victory earned him a career second-best score of NT$ 1,105,000.

Event Recap
The NT$120,000 buy-in Superstar Challenge, the most expensive event on the PS Championship IV schedule, drew 24 entries each one vying for the largest cut of the NT$ 2,500,000 prize pool. The field included new arrivals Lim Yohwan and Seungmook Jung however both fell before the money.

At the final table, Mclean was the early force, entering with the chip lead and spending much of the race at the top. For Tin, he began in the middle of the pack and steadily worked his way north. His first big surge came when he eliminated Chun Shing Lau turning quads sevens. By the bubble round, Tin had emerged as Mclean's closest challenger.
Mclean then strengthened his position by eliminating Cheng Chao-Ting on the bubble, locking up the money for the final four. Once ITM, Mclean and Tin initially commanded the table until Wong Tung-Wing threw himself into the mix after spiking a two-outer against Mclean to climb the counts.

Mclean quickly recovered. He sent Anton Zhen Zhao Lu out in 4th place, then eliminated Wong in 3rd place to take a commanding advantage into heads up. He entered with 59 big blinds against Tin's 23 big blinds.
However, cleaning out Tin was a difficult task. Tin landed two double ups. The first lifeline came when he connected for a straight on the flop. The second double up followed when Tin improved to trips on the river, catapulting him into the lead. From there, Tin closed it out with top pair over second pair.
